Daily Schedule
Hours: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
Our days follow a flexible, child-led rhythm with plenty of time for exploration and play.
7:30–9:30 AM | Arrival & Free Play
Children settle in and explore activities such as art, play dough, puzzles, blocks, dramatic play and books. Educators support children as they create their own learning experiences.
10:00 AM | Morning Snack
Children wash hands and enjoy a shared morning snack provided by the centre.
11:00 AM | Outdoor Exploration
We transition outdoors for neighbourhood walks, local playgrounds or outdoor play at the centre, including gardening, sand and water play, building and loose parts.
12:30–3:30 PM | Lunch & Rest
Lunch is enjoyed together as a community, followed by quiet time for children who choose to rest. Others may continue outdoor play, weather permitting.
3:30–4:30 PM | Afternoon Play & Pick-Up
The afternoon includes open-ended art, exploratory play and snacks from home. During colder months, children may move indoors earlier for table activities, books and cozy play.
4:30 PM | Centre Closes

Additional Weekly Activities
We enjoy circle time with songs, instruments, movement and games that support learning through play. Nature Days happen 1–2 times a week, weather permitting, with forest and beach adventures, picnic lunches and opportunities to connect with and explore nature. |
Snack Program
We’re excited to introduce our morning snack program in October 2026! Each day, children will enjoy a nutritious snack with fresh fruit or vegetables, while families have one less thing on their morning checklist. The program also gives children opportunities to explore new foods and develop healthy eating habits. Monthly menus will be available on Lillio. |
